No Cancellation or Refund for Completed Transactions

Once a transaction is successfully processed and the corresponding value is credited to your ZxPay account, cancellation or refund is not permitted. We encourage users to verify transaction details carefully before proceeding.

Failed Transactions & Refund Process

If you have initiated a transaction, and the amount has been debited from your payment instrument or bank account but has not been credited to your ZxPay account within 24 hours, please notify us immediately.

Our team will investigate the issue, and if it is confirmed that the amount was deducted without a corresponding credit, the refund will be processed within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your complaint.

Refund Method
